✦Thank you for choosing Glow Club Aesthetics. Please review the following policies before booking. By booking an appointment or purchasing a membership, you confirm you have read and agree to all policies below and in our full legal documents.

Non-MembersA $100 deposit is required at booking to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is due at the time of service. By providing your payment information, you expressly authorize Glow Club Aesthetics to charge your card on file for all applicable service, cancellation, and no-show fees.
MembersNo deposit required. A valid card on file is required to book. By booking, you expressly authorize Glow Club Aesthetics to charge your card on file for your membership fee and any applicable cancellation or no-show fees.
EligibilityServices are available to clients 18 years of age and older. Clients under 18 may book only with written parental or guardian consent and a parent or guardian present at the appointment for the entire service.
Response TimesWe typically respond within 24 hours. Text (786) 776-4227 for the fastest response.
SMS CommunicationsBy providing your phone number you agree to receive appointment-related and promotional text messages from Glow Club Aesthetics. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Consent is not required to purchase. Mobile opt-in data will not be sold or shared with third parties.
Any additional services requested at the time of appointment — including services for other individuals present at the location — will be accommodated based on availability and technician discretion.
PaymentAll on-site additional services are charged at standard session rates and processed via Square at the time of service. Payment is due before the technician departs.
Guest PolicyAdditional guests are not guaranteed service without a prior booking. Walk-in requests are subject to technician availability. We always recommend booking in advance.
Membership RatesMember pricing applies only to the account holder. Additional guests are charged at standard non-member rates regardless of the account holder's membership status.
You may cancel or reschedule at no charge up to 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations or no-shows with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a $100 fee. For non-members, the $100 deposit is forfeited and will not be refunded. For members, a $100 fee is charged to your card on file. By booking, you expressly authorize this charge.
A no-show is a client who is not present or reachable at the appointment location within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time without prior notice. The same $100 flat fee applies.

GCA travels to your location — home, hotel, or event venue. Please ensure the space is ready for your technician upon arrival.
What We Need- A clear area of at least 6x6 ft for setup
- Adequate lighting (natural or bright overhead)
- Good ventilation — open a window or run an exhaust fan
- A private space to change before and after
Client is responsible for confirming that the location permits mobile spray tanning services, including hotel, building, HOA, or venue approval where required. Client is responsible for access, parking, valet, loading, security clearance, elevator restrictions, and any location-imposed fees.
Conduct & SafetyPets must be secured before technician arrival. Children and additional guests must remain outside the service area unless approved. Service may be refused or discontinued for intoxication, harassment, unsafe conditions, inappropriate behavior, unsecured pets, poor ventilation, or lack of a private or appropriate setup space.
Our technician will step away while you change. Glow Club maintains a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate exposure, harassment, sexual comments, or unsafe conduct.
Travel FeesNo travel fee for appointments within our standard service area: Miami, Miami Beach, Brickell, Aventura, Sunny Isles, Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton, Miramar, Pembroke Pines, Weston, Coral Gables, and Downtown Miami.
Clients outside these areas may be subject to an additional travel fee, communicated prior to booking confirmation.
Property DisclaimerGCA takes all reasonable precautions during service. We are not liable for incidental staining of flooring, furniture, or surfaces. We recommend placing a towel or mat in the spray area.
- Exfoliate and shave at least 24 hours prior
- Arrive with clean, dry skin — no makeup, deodorant, lotion, or perfume
- Bring or wear loose, dark clothing to change into after
- Remove nail polish if you prefer no lines on fingers or toes
- Avoid water, sweating, and tight clothing for at least 8 hours
- Your tan develops over 8–24 hours — be patient
- Moisturize daily to extend the life of your tan
- Avoid prolonged soaking (baths, pools, hot tubs) to maintain longevity
GCA is not responsible for suboptimal results caused by failure to follow preparation or aftercare instructions. Results vary based on skin preparation and aftercare.
All services are non-refundable once performed. If you are unsatisfied, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. Remedies may include troubleshooting guidance, a touch-up appointment, partial credit, or another solution at GCA's discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed once service has been performed.
DepositsThe $100 deposit is refundable for cancellations made 24 or more hours in advance. Deposits forfeited due to late cancellation or no-show are not eligible for refund.
MembershipsMonthly membership fees are non-refundable once processed. Cancel before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month.
ProductsRetail products are non-refundable once shipped or delivered. Contact us within 48 hours of receipt for damaged or incorrect items. Photos of damaged items are required. Replacement or store credit is the available remedy. GCA covers return shipping for incorrect items.
Memberships are month-to-month and auto-renew monthly. By enrolling, you authorize GCA to charge your card on file each billing cycle for your membership fee and any applicable fees.
CancellationTo avoid your next monthly charge, cancellation requests must be received at least 30 days before your next billing date. If less than 30 days notice is provided, one final billing cycle may process. There are no cancellation fees.

PauseMembers may pause once per calendar year for up to 30 days. Request must be submitted 5 business days before your billing date. Unused sessions do not roll over during a pause.
Unused SessionsSessions do not roll over. Unused sessions expire at the end of each billing cycle and hold no cash value.
Benefits- Non-transferable — cannot be shared or gifted
- No cash value — cannot be exchanged for money
- Not available during pause or after cancellation
- Cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated
Glow Club Aesthetics is not a medical provider and does not employ licensed medical professionals. DHA (dihydroxyacetone) is FDA-approved for external application to the skin when used as directed. During spray tanning, clients should avoid inhaling or ingesting solution and avoid contact with the eyes, lips, and mucous membranes. Protective options including nose filters, eye protection, lip balm, and disposable undergarments are available upon request.
Client Health DisclosureClients are responsible for disclosing allergies, sensitivities, skin conditions, pregnancy, breastfeeding, recent procedures, medications, or other concerns before service. GCA may refuse or postpone service for safety reasons. Results and reactions vary by individual. Nothing in this policy limits liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or violations of applicable law.
Pregnancy & BreastfeedingIf pregnant, breastfeeding, or trying to conceive, please consult your healthcare provider before booking. By booking, you confirm you have reviewed any personal health concerns with your provider.
Right to RefuseGCA reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time due to health concerns, unsafe conditions, or inappropriate behavior.
GCA may request permission to photograph your results for use on our website, social media platforms, and marketing materials. Participation is entirely voluntary and will never be a condition of service.
Photos will only be taken and used with your explicit prior consent. Consent specifies where photos may be used, whether face, body, name, or location may be shown, and may be revoked at any time by contacting us directly. GCA may edit, crop, or filter images with your permission. No compensation is provided for photo use.

Outside these areas? Text us before booking and we'll do our best to accommodate. Additional travel fees may apply.
Glow Club Aesthetics is operated by Glow Club Aesthetics LLC, a Florida limited liability company. These policies are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
